Be a good neighbour

Residents and Town Councils have to work together to create the neighbourhood and home that we want. Residents can take ownership of the maintenance of their neighbourhood in simple ways…

Do not leave items along corridors and stairways. They obstruct the walkway and are fire hazards.

Do not throw objects from your flat.

Do not vandalize the walls and floors of common areas.

Do not urinate in common areas.

Do not let your pets disturb your neighbours.

Clean up your pets’ urine and faeces at common areas.

Keep the noise level down at home and at common areas

Every resident can make a difference to his or her estate by being considerate – do not litter, use facilities with due care to keep them in good condition; do not vandalise common areas and facilities… these simple efforts can create a more pleasant environment for you and your neighbours. Your Town Council needs your cooperation and support to make your estate one that you will be proud to call home!
